How-to order your web hosting services.

  1. Navigate to the website through your browser address bar by typing the url: https://www.webhostville.com.
  2. First you want to check the hosting package you need before you make your order.Webhostville hosting services - How-to order
  3. If you already know the hosting package you want and the domain name you need.
  4. From the homepage, enter the domain name you want on to the search box “Domain Search”.
  5. Click on the drop down menu and scroll through till you see the domain type you want (.com, .org,  .net, e.t.c).
  6. If the Domain name is available, the next page  shows you the details as shown below, with your selected domain ready to add to basket.Webhostville hosting services - Order basket
  7. Alternatively, From the home-page, click on the “More Infobutton on the “Web hostingblock to navigate to the hosting package options.
  8. From the hosting package options page, select the option you want and click on the “Order Now” button.Hosting package options
  9. Next is the “Domain name” page where you can search for your chosen name.  Here, you have three options :
  10. One: you can search for your chosen domain.
  11. Two: you can enter the DNS of the Domain name you already have or purchased from somewhere else. (Here you need to ask your Domain provider for the DNS).
  12. Three: If you have already purchased a Domain name before from Webhostville Services that you want to use, you can log in with your details to use the domain.
  13. Next is the “Hosting packages” page to select your required hosting package.
  14. Notice that your domain has now been associated to this service.
  15. If you have more than one domain, you need to click on the “drop-down” menu to select the domain you want to attach to the hosting service you are buying.
  16. Once you made a selection for the hosting package you want, scroll down to the end and click “Add to basket” button.
  17. Next is the “Add-on” page, here you can select any add-on service you want with your hosting. 
  18. Scroll down and click on “Add to basket” or “No, thank you….” if you are not buying add-on service.Select "Add to basket" or No thank you .
  19. Now it is time to login into the platform. If you are already registered for the service, you will enter your e-mail and password here.E-mail Address for registration
  20. If you are not registered, then you will need to register your details before proceeding on to complete your order. You will enter your e-mail address here only, and then select the option “No, continue to checkout….” On the next page, you will enter your password.
  21. On the “New Customer Registration” page, enter your personal and address details. These details  will be used to register your domain name as well as to verify your payment details. You must supply your correct details for this purpose.  Please check out our privacy policy to understand how we use the personal details we collect.You have the option to select your organisation type as “Individual” or “organisation”. Make sure you supply correct details for the option you select.
  22. Make sure you complete all the details, following the tips given for each entry.
  23. Click on the “Terms and Condition” link to read and agree to it by selecting the option box.
  24. Select the “I am not a Robot” option and answer the challenge that follows.
  25. Once you complete the registration, click on “Register Now” button to go the “checkout”  page where you can review your basket before you complete your payment.Check out
  26. Once you are satisfied with the details of your basket, read the “Terms and Condition” and select to agree.
  27. Select your preferred payment option. Here we have two payment options.
  28. Invoice payment in Naira:  We will send you an invoice to make your payments to complete your order. Here you will be paying either by Direct Bank Transfer to our Business Account or by Paystack, a Nigeria based Payment gateway.
  29. Once you have completed the order for invoice, you can check out your invoice in your “Your Account” link from the left side links on your Dashboard.Invoice
  30. 2Checkout payment in Dollars: This options takes you to 2Checkout, a secure USA based Online payment gateway. Here you can pay by VISA, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal. 2Checkout payment in Dollars
  31. Once you select the 2Checkout option and click on “Complete Order” button. You will be re-directed to 2checkout to make your payments.2Checkout Payment
  32. At 2checkout payment, you can review your cart details again to make sure the contents are what you have ordered.
  33. Complete your billing details and payment methods, which could be Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.Paypal Option
  34. Click on the “Continue to paypal” button to make a Paypal payment and that takes you to the secure paypal payment page.Paypal payment option
  35. Once you have completed your payment details by Credit/Debit Card and confirmed it, we  get an e-mail notification of your payment.
  36. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your hosting service will be activated and you will receive an e-mail with details and log-on to your service.
