Create Business or Professional E-mails from your domain name.

If you have ever wondered how to create your Business or professional E-mail from your domain name, this post will show you how-to.  It will also show you how to forward your e-mails to your external email account like g-mail and outlook.

1. From the web hosting control panel, locate the E-mail panel, select and click on the “Mail Boxes” icon, this is where you create your e-mail addresses based on your domain name, also known as Business or Professional e-mail address.
2. On the “Mail Boxes” page, complete the form under “Add a New Mail”.
3. Enter a “Name” for your new e-mail address on the form.
4.  Generate your password and make sure you take note of the password you generated for later use.
5. Alternatively, you can just enter your own password without having to use a generated one.
6. Click on the “Add” button at the bottom and your new e-mail is created.
7. Scroll down the page to see your newly created e-mail in the list of the e-mails.
8. You can create several e-mails this way, depending on the allowance you have for your hosting package option.
9. Click on the “Go Back” button at the bottom of the page to go back to the control panel home-page.
10. To forward e-mails to your external e-mail account like your g-mail or outlook.
11. The control panel gives you option for mail forwarding, which you can use to forward  your domain e-mails to your outlook, g-mail or any other e-mail account you use.
12. Click on the “Forwarding” icon on the “Mail” panel.
13. On the “Mail Forwarding” page, enter the “Email Address” you want to forward.
14. Enter the “Destination Email Address”, to forward to.
15. You can add a label to this set-up if you want.
16. Scroll down and click on “Create” button.
17. This sets up your e-mail forwarding and you receive all e-mails sent to your selected address to your chosen g-mail or other email account.
18. You can repeat this for several e-mails you choose to.

20. You can make any modification of forwarded account from the list if you need to.
21. Click on the “Go Back” button at the bottom of the page to go back to the control panel homepage.
